All personal property has been APPRAISED in accordance with KANSAS STATUTES.

The property owner may appeal the appraised value of the personal property listed on the “Notice of Value”, May 1st through May 15th. (K.S.A. 79-1448)

You can call to schedule an informal meeting with a personal property appraiser to discuss the value.

Property owners may appeal the value of their property ONLY once during any tax year, either by appealing your Change of Value Notice or by Payment Under Protest.
